Cancellation Policy for Education Courses:

The board reserves the right to cancel any scheduled class if the minimum number of registrants is not reached 1 week prior to the date of the class.

If a class is cancelled by the board, the registrant has two options:
They can request that their check be returned to them.
OR
They can request that the credit be applied to their account, to be used toward the next class they register for.

If a member cancels their registration, the following will apply:

1.     If notice of cancellation is received at the board office by 10:00 am, one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled class, a full refund will be applied.  At that time, the member can request to have their check returned to them, or that credit be applied to their account, to be used towards a future class.

2.      If notice of cancellation is received by the board later than 10:00 am, one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled class, No refund of any kind will be issued.
