BREB’s Continuing Education Policy

 Cancellation Policy for Education Classes:

The Board reserves the right to cancel any scheduled class if the minimum number of registrants is not reached one (1) week prior to the date of the course.

If a class is cancelled by the Board, the registrant has the following options:
*  Request their cheque be returned
*  Request that a credit be applied to their Account (BREB Members Only)
*  Receive a credit to be applied their next course at BREB.

If a Member cancels their registration, the following will apply:
*  If a notice of cancellation is received at the Board office by 10:00 a.m., one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled class, a full refund can be issued.  At that time, the registrant will have the following options:
*  Request their cheque be returned.
*  Request that a credit be applied to their account (BREB Members Only)
*  Receive a credit to be applied to their next course at BREB.

If a notice of cancellation is received at the Board office later than 10:00 a.m., one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled class, NO REFUND of any kind will be issued.

Payments must be attached to registrations.

Admittance by pre-registration only. No registrations will be accepted at the door.

A $10.00 charge for receipt replacements for Members, $15.00 for Non-BREB Members.

A 10-minute late grace period is strictly enforced.  Latecomers will not be admitted into class. The RECO guidelines specify that in order to obtain the CEUs, the participant must be present for the full duration of the course – they must swipe in and swipe out. Registration will open half-hour prior to the beginning of the course.  Non-BREB Members will collect their course receipt/credits. BREB Members receipt/credits will be available on-line at
 My OREA Profile. BREB highly recommends you plan to arrive a half hour early in order to allow for emergencies, bad traffic or losing your way. We provide refreshments to enjoy while you await the start of the class. It’s a great opportunity to network with your colleagues!
