Continuing Education

The major aspects of the program:

RECO Real Estate Legal Update Course (6 credits) must be completed in each registration cycle.  Offered by OREA only.  BREB will keep you updated as to when this course is made available.  The RECO Code of Ethics is not the mandatory course. However, it is recommended that each member take this 6credit seminar.

Balance of credit hours are to be self-selected education courses/seminars completed within the two-year registration cycle.  BREB will only keep track of those credits obtained at a BREB seminar.  It is up to the individual to keep records of all credits taken at all seminars.
