Contacts & CMA Manual

This seminar is designed for Members who want to learn the basics of the Contacts and CMA program. Since all procedures include step-by-step instructions, as well as screen captures, you will be able to use the workbook at home or at the office. Practice exercises are included throughout the workbook to reinforce skills before preceding to the next topic. Each exercise builds on the previous one, so exercises must be done in sequential order. A final practice exercise can be found in the last chapter.
