Q. What are my log in credentials for my member profile?
A.  Your user name is your member ID number and password is your first initial, last name all lowercase. In the event that you’ve changed your password and can’t remember it, please contact the board’s office for assistance.
Q. I got a new phone and my clariety app doesn’t work?
A. A new phone means you have to activate your app again, contact the board’s office for full instructions and your temporary passcode. You will need a computer in front of you to complete the process.
Q. I need a copy of all my invoices for year, how can I get that?
A. Copies of your invoices for the year can be obtained by logging into your member’s profile and clicking on Transaction History. BREB does not provide receipts for income tax purpose, you must print invoices from your BREB account.
Q. How can I take advantage of Top Producer®?
A. Complete the form available on our home page and email it to education@breb.org. The form must be completed in its entirety and clearly. You will receive your login credentials from Top Producer® directly via email. Please allow 72 hrs for processing.
Q. How long does it take for my membership application to be processed?
A. Once a completed application is received, it takes 24-48 hours for your application to be processed. We will then be in contact with you to set up a new member appointment. You will received your member ID number at your new member appointment.
Q. Can non-members make purchases from the BREB Realtor® Store?
A. Non-members can make purchases from the BREB Realtor® Store however we only offer deliveries to our members within our service area.
Q. Can I share Stratus® access with my Partner?
A. You can NOT share access to Stratus® with your partner or unlicensed assistant. Sharing access is a criminal offence. By clicking on the "Log On" button you are confirming that the Toronto Real Estate Board has authorized your use of the User ID, PIN and Password entered and that you are an Authorized User. Fraudulently accessing the system using someone else's User ID, PIN, and Password are criminal offences punishable by up to ten years imprisonment and may result in statutory and contractual damages.
Q. I want to become a REALTOR®, Where do I start?
